Fendi is hiring a Client Advisor in Vancouver, Canada — on-site retail role focused on clienteling, sales targets and luxury service ($22/hr + commission).
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual, category and store sales targets while meeting all Client Advisor CRM and KPI requirements.
- Develop, maintain and grow a personal client book through proactive outreach, accurate CRM records and personalised clienteling using in-house systems.
- Deliver exceptional, bespoke client experiences in-store including product presentation, personalised recommendations and follow-through on special requests (repairs, special orders, returns).
- Operate POS and inventory-management functions accurately and update customer databases in a timely manner.
- Support visual merchandising standards and assist with merchandising, stocking and restocking to maintain boutique presentation.
- Participate in opening/closing procedures, morning team meetings and monthly team reviews; contribute to onboarding and training of new Client Advisors.
- Adhere strictly to store policies, loss prevention procedures, health & safety guidelines and Fendi grooming/dress-code standards.
- Maintain ongoing, professional communication with store management, peers and corporate teams to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets with a strong drive for results and client acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident with client-facing correspondence.
- Proficient use of POS systems and inventory-management functions.
- Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience preferred; foreign language skills considered an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Organisational aptitude, strong digital literacy and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible availability including some evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Compensation
