Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and regular follow-up.
• Achieve individual, category and store sales targets and meet CRM and client advisor performance metrics.
• Maintain and expand client books using in-house clienteling tools and accurately update the customer database.
• Execute store operational tasks including POS transactions, inventory management, stock replenishment and routine store maintenance.
• Assist clients with special requests (repairs, special orders, returns) and ensure timely resolution of enquiries.
• Support visual merchandising standards and implement direction from VM and management to preserve the boutique aesthetic.
• Adhere to loss prevention, health & safety and all store policies and procedures; may open/close the store and lead morning team briefings as required.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new Client Advisors and prepare for monthly team meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals; results-driven and target oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer correspondence capability.
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move boxes up to 10 lbs; able to perform routine stocking tasks.
• Organizational aptitude and strong digital literacy.

Skills

Experience

Minimum three years of retail experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or ready-to-wear boutiques and demonstrated success meeting individual sales targets.

Education

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is CAD 25 per hour.
