Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary client service to build and maintain a high-value client book and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Execute all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements; accurately record client interactions and maintain the customer database.
- Operate the POS system and inventory functions proficiently; process sales, returns, repairs and special orders.
- Support visual merchandising standards and participate in store stocking, maintenance and loss-prevention procedures.
- Represent the brand at all times by maintaining professional appearance and adherence to Fendi dress code and Top Store Guidelines.
- Contribute to team meetings, training of new Client Advisors, and maintain positive communication with management and peers.
- Perform opening/closing duties as required and assist with ad hoc client requests and follow-through.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or client-facing experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong commercial drive.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with polished clienteling and relationship-building ability.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory-management functions.
- Organizational ability and comfort with standard computer tasks; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- RTW (ready-to-wear) product knowledge preferred; foreign language skills an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail or clienteling experience; luxury retail and RTW experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to cultivate high-value client relationships and achieve sales KPIs.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 25 per hour.
