Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience that embodies FENDI’s brand DNA at every touchpoint.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through expert product presentation, upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships via structured clienteling and CRM-driven activities, including private appointments and boutique events.
  • Ensure immaculate brand presentation by implementing visual merchandising standards and maintaining an inspiring boutique environment.
  • Execute operational tasks accurately, including stock management, inventory reconciliation and adherence to security and loss-prevention protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPI-driven performance metrics.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with demonstrable clienteling skills.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; adaptable, proactive and committed to continuous professional development.
  • Multilingual ability is highly advantageous.

Experience
