Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience that embodies FENDI’s brand DNA at every touchpoint.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through expert product presentation, upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Develop and maintain client relationships via structured clienteling and CRM-driven activities, including private appointments and boutique events.
- Ensure immaculate brand presentation by implementing visual merchandising standards and maintaining an inspiring boutique environment.
- Execute operational tasks accurately, including stock management, inventory reconciliation and adherence to security and loss-prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPI-driven performance metrics.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with demonstrable clienteling skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; adaptable, proactive and committed to continuous professional development.
- Multilingual ability is highly advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of frontline retail experience, ideally in luxury fashion or leather goods, with a documented history of achieving sales targets and delivering high-value client experiences.
Education
Secondary school completion; tertiary study in fashion, retail, business or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
