Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain client books; follow through with client concerns and inquiries to drive business growth
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns
- Participate in vital stocking and restocking of the store
- Proficiently operate POS system and other software while updating customer database
- Acquire comprehensive product knowledge and company history
- Maintain professional appearance and adherence to Fendi dress code and grooming standards
- Participate in training of new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies
- Support opening and closing procedures as assigned, including morning team meetings
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in coordination with VM management
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, luxury retail preferred
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
- Ready-to-wear (RTW) product experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to lift boxes and weights up to 10 lbs
- Foreign language skills preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a customer-facing environment, with luxury retail exposure strongly preferred. Ready-to-wear product familiarity is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; specialized retail or hospitality training is a plus.
