Fendi Client Advisor – Singapore luxury retail position with 5+ years fashion experience, bilingual required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage clients through consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, and multiple-unit transactions across all product categories
- Monitor individual sales performance against KPI targets and market feedback on newly launched products
- Strengthen customer relationships and cultivate a loyal Fendi clientele by implementing CRM tools and personalised service protocols
- Operate Retail Pro Management system proficiently for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock receipt, merchandise display, and adherence to company guidelines
- Perform assigned store duties as directed by team leaders and management
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic store environment through daily housekeeping
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion or high-end luxury retail
- Proficiency with Retail Pro Management system or equivalent retail management software
- Excellent grooming standards and personal presentation
- Fluent bilingual communication skills; trilingual capability preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and CRM platform usage
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail or high-end consumer goods. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and fostering strong client loyalty within a luxury environment.
Education
Secondary education (GCSE/A-Levels or equivalent); further studies in hospitality, retail management, or fashion commerce advantageous but not essential.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
