Fendi Client Advisor position in Singapore—luxury retail sales role requiring 3+ years experience in high-end fashion with CRM expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple-unit selling across all product categories to maximize sales performance
- Monitor individual sales metrics and achieve performance targets aligned with KPI objectives
- Provide customer feedback on product quality, craftsmanship, and newly launched offerings
- Strengthen client relationships and nurture a loyal customer base through implementation of CRM tools
- Manage customer service excellence by delivering professional, personalized interactions that exceed expectations
- Operate POS and inventory management systems with proficiency in stock transfers, payment processing, and customer database management
- Perform assigned store operations and duties as directed by team leaders and management
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receipt, display, and storage of merchandise according to company standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and visually merchandised store environment in accordance with brand guidelines
- Provide meaningful suggestions on internal process improvements and operational workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in fashion retail or high-end luxury goods sectors
- Demonstrated strong selling and consultative customer service skills
- Proficiency in operating retail management systems and POS platforms
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities with a sophisticated personal appearance
- Bilingual capabilities; trilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure and professional standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with ability to prioritize competing commitments
