Fendi in Singapore seeks a Client Advisor to deliver luxury boutique service, drive sales and manage CRM; permanent full-time, on-site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience by presenting Fendi’s heritage, craftsmanship and product creativity; actively engage clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through upselling, cross-selling and multiple-selling across all product categories.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships using CRM tools; collect and relay customer feedback, particularly on new launches.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management functions including stock transfer, payment processing, stock inquiry and customer data entry.
- Maintain boutique standards: receive, display and store merchandise per company guidelines and ensure visual merchandising consistency.
- Ensure store housekeeping, safety and a polished presentation at all times and perform store duties as directed by team leaders and management.
- Propose practical improvements to internal processes and support team initiatives to optimise retail workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales within the fashion or high-end luxury sector.
- Impeccable professional grooming and presentation consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Demonstrable selling skills with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Bilingual proficiency; ability to speak a third language is a distinct advantage.
- Committed to retail hours and the demands of boutique operations.
- Familiarity with POS, inventory or retail management systems and basic CRM usage.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Experience
Minimum three years of direct experience in luxury fashion retail, with proven sales performance, client management and familiarity operating POS and inventory systems in a boutique environment.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational or tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, business or related discipline preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
