Fendi is seeking a Sales Advisor for its Shanghai store to deliver expert product guidance, achieve sales and client-management targets, and support daily boutique operations. The role is full-time and includes clienteling, merchandising, stock control and loss prevention.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet sales, client management and store operations targets.
- Present products and provide recommendations and professional service in accordance with brand standards and procedures.
- Engage actively with clients, use available tools to understand their needs, maintain high-quality client relationships, and strengthen brand loyalty and satisfaction.
- Continue developing brand and product knowledge and stay informed about the latest industry trends.
- Work collaboratively with the team on daily store operations, including merchandising, stockroom inventory and stock counts; safeguard merchandise and prevent loss.
- Comply with company rules and standards, including those covering appearance, attendance and workplace discipline.
- Complete other duties assigned by a supervisor.
Qualifications
- College diploma or higher.
- At least two years of experience in luxury retail or another high-end service industry.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
- Proactive, collaborative, diligent and eager to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fashion awareness.
- Proficiency with office automation systems; English ability is preferred.
