Fendi Client Advisor in San Pedro Cuajimalpa (Santa Fe), Mexico — on-site luxury retail role driving sales and client relationships for El Palacio de Hierro.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high‑touch customer service and cultivate long‑term client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and CRM.
- Achieve or exceed individual, category and store sales targets and meet Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Manage and grow a personal client book; follow up on inquiries, requests and after‑sales matters including repairs, special orders and returns.
- Operate POS and inventory systems accurately; update customer database and maintain CRM records.
- Support store operations including receiving, stocking/restocking and routine maintenance tasks.
- Maintain FENDI dress code, grooming and presentation standards; act as a brand ambassador at all times.
- Support visual merchandising directives and assist VM and management in maintaining presentation standards.
- Participate in opening/closing duties and lead or attend morning team briefings as required.
- Coach and train new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures and company policies.
- Adhere to loss prevention, health & safety and all store policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience; experience in luxury retail or ready‑to‑wear boutiques preferred.
- High school diploma (minimum).
- Proven sales orientation with strong drive for results and the ability to meet targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain professional customer correspondence.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Organizational aptitude and strong digital literacy.
- Ability to use POS system and perform basic inventory management functions; comfortable with clienteling/CRM tools.
- Ability to lift and handle boxes up to ~10 lbs.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
