Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals
• Build and maintain client books; follow through with client concerns and inquiries to drive business development
• Maintain customer correspondence and database entries to foster long-term relationships
• Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns
• Proficiently operate the POS system and related software to accurately update customer records
• Acquire comprehensive product knowledge, company history, and industry awareness
• Monitor company news and competitive landscape developments
• Maintain visual merchandising standards under direction from corporate and management
• Participate in staff training, product education, and procedural guidance for new advisors
• Lead or support store opening and closing procedures, including team briefings
• Adhere to loss prevention, health, safety, and brand representation standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
• RTW (ready-to-wear) product experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Physical capability to lift and transport merchandise up to 10 pounds
• High School Diploma minimum
• Excellent organizational skills and digital literacy
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with luxury retail preferred; ready-to-wear product knowledge is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position is USD 25 per hour.
