FENDI Client Advisor position in San Diego, California. Drive luxury retail sales and deliver exceptional customer service. Starting at $26/hour plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain client books; follow through with client concerns and inquiries to build clientele and drive business
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns
- Ensure proficient and accurate use of the POS system and other software, updating the customer database
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and company information
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to FENDI dress code and grooming standards
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures, including morning team meetings
- Support visual merchandising standards in collaboration with visual merchandising direction
- Mentor and train new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies
- Maintain positive communication and relationships with store management and peers
- Adhere to all loss prevention and health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
- Experience with ready-to-wear (RTW) preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to lift boxes and handle weight up to 10 lbs
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy
- Foreign language skills are a plus

Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with luxury retail environment preferred. Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience is advantageous.
