Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals
• Build and maintain client books; follow through with client concerns and inquiries to build clientele and drive business
• Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns
• Ensure proficient and accurate use of the POS system and other software, updating the customer database
• Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and company information
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to FENDI dress code and grooming standards
• Participate in store opening and closing procedures, including morning team meetings
• Support visual merchandising standards in collaboration with visual merchandising direction
• Mentor and train new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies
• Maintain positive communication and relationships with store management and peers
• Adhere to all loss prevention and health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred
• Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
• Experience with ready-to-wear (RTW) preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to lift boxes and handle weight up to 10 lbs
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and digital literacy
• Foreign language skills are a plus

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with luxury retail environment preferred. Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience is advantageous.

Education

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 26 per hour.
