Fendi seeks a Client Advisor in Saint‑Tropez, France — temporary full‑time role delivering exceptional clienteling and sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in‑store client experiences through personalised clienteling and proactive relationship development.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs across all product categories; contribute to collective commercial objectives.
  • Cultivate and expand a private client book, leveraging CRM to drive retention and long‑term revenue.
  • Manage client requests end‑to‑end including special orders, after‑sales service and follow‑up to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Ensure customer databases and follow‑up files are accurate, complete and up to date at all times.
  • Operate clienteling and CRM tools, positioning oneself as an entrepreneurial owner of personal revenue streams.
  • Support boutique organisation and operational standards (visual merchandising, stock handling, maintenance of boutique standards) as requested.
  • Represent the brand with polished grooming, dress‑code adherence and a consistently professional demeanour.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and the maison’s collections and heritage to provide authoritative, nuanced client advice.
  • Comply with internal policies, procedures and safety instructions to protect people and assets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in luxury retail within a comparable house or high‑end boutique.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting quantitative sales targets and managing CRM KPIs.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to identify and propose best practices to improve performance.
  • Comfortable using mobile applications and digital tools for client follow‑up and sales tracking.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in an additional language is an asset.
