FENDI Client Advisor position in Roermond, Netherlands. Luxury retail sales role requiring 3+ years fashion/luxury experience and fluency in English and Dutch.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead individual sales performance and achieve target KPIs
- Execute upselling, cross-selling, and multiple-category selling strategies
- Build and nurture a loyal FENDI clientele using CRM tools and personalized engagement
- Deliver professional customer service with individual human touch, exceeding expectations
- Operate retail management systems for stock transfers, payments, and inventory inquiries
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receipt, display, and storage of merchandise
- Support store management initiatives and uphold visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion or luxury retail sales
- Fluent in English and Dutch
