Fendi is hiring a Client Advisor (temporary) in Roermond, Netherlands to deliver luxury client service and drive sales at the outlet.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, luxury client experience by promoting Fendi’s heritage, craftsmanship and product stories.
  • Drive individual sales performance to meet targets and KPIs through upselling, cross‑selling and multiple selling across all categories.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using clienteling techniques and CRM tools; ensure accurate customer database input.
  • Operate retail systems for POS transactions, stock transfers, payments and stock enquiries with precision.
  • Support inventory accuracy by receiving, storing and merchandising merchandise according to company visual and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain professional image standards and uphold service quality; perform other reasonable duties as required by management.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years’ experience in fashion or luxury retail sales, preferably in a boutique or outlet environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Professional appearance with high standards of personal presentation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills; strong customer service orientation.
  • Organised, goal‑oriented, able to multitask and work autonomously in a fast‑paced retail setting.

Experience
