Fendi Client Advisor (Part-time) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – luxury retail sales role with fashion expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead individual sales performance and achieve KPIs aligned with store targets
- Execute upselling, cross-selling, and multi-category selling strategies across Fendi's product portfolio
- Deliver exceptional service in compliance with company standards and brand guidelines
- Cultivate customer relationships and strengthen loyalty through CRM implementation and personalized engagement
- Manage customer service quality by balancing professionalism with genuine human connection
- Operate retail IT systems proficiently for stock transfers, payment processing, inventory inquiries, and customer database management
- Support store operational activities to ensure seamless daily functioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion or luxury retail sales
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Demonstrated passion for retail and current fashion trends
- Fluent English proficiency; additional languages advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-reliance, discretion, and genuine interpersonal warmth
