FENDI Client Advisor position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Full-time luxury retail sales role focused on delivering elevated customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead individual sales performance and achieve store targets and KPIs
- Execute upselling, cross-selling, and multi-category sales strategies across all FENDI product lines
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with brand guidelines and luxury retail standards
- Develop and nurture lasting customer relationships through CRM tool implementation and proactive engagement
- Maintain service quality excellence by combining professionalism with personalized attention to client needs
- Operate retail IT systems accurately for stock transfers, payment processing, inventory inquiries, and customer database management
- Support daily store operations and visual merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Demonstrated passion for retail, fashion trends, and luxury brand knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, friendly, patient demeanor with strong interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and self-confidence

Education
