Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Fendi ambassador by conveying the maison’s history, craftsmanship, material quality and creative vision to clients.
- Drive individual sales performance to meet and exceed targets and KPIs through upselling, cross‑selling and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Build and nurture a loyal client base using clienteling techniques and appropriate CRM tools; proactively manage client follow‑up and relationship development.
- Deliver impeccable customer service with a personalised, human touch, ensuring client expectations are consistently met.
- Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries and customer database input.
- Support inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying and storing merchandise in accordance with company guidelines; contribute to visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury fashion retail or equivalent boutique sales experience, with a demonstrable sales track record.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Fluent English.
- Exemplary personal presentation and the ability to maintain high image standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with strong communication and customer service orientation.
- Organised, professional, confident and goal‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and a retail management system.
