Fendi seeks a Client Advisor in Paris, France—a temporary luxury retail role focused on exceptional customer service, sales achievement, and brand representation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed quantitative and qualitative KPIs and CRM targets for sales and customer engagement
  • Meet and surpass individual and collective sales objectives across all product categories available in the boutique
  • Develop and expand a personal client portfolio with a focus on customer retention and sustainable sales growth
  • Deliver personalized client experiences through dedicated daily attention to relationship-building and customization
  • Ensure comprehensive follow-up on all client requests to guarantee satisfaction and resolution
  • Support special orders, after-sales service, and other client requests with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate, precise, and complete client databases and tracking files at all times
  • Master and leverage clienteling tools and systems, positioning oneself as an entrepreneur in customer relationship management
  • Adhere to all internal policies and procedures
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities, inventory management, and standard maintenance as required
  • Stay informed of fashion industry trends and maintain expert knowledge of the House's heritage and collections to provide sophisticated client advice
  • Communicate company news and updates to clients with accuracy and relevance
  • Present a warm, elegant, and consistently professional image aligned with the House's dress code, grooming, and uniform guidelines
  • Serve as a positive role model representing the brand appropriately at all times
  • Identify and propose operational improvements in agreement with management to enhance personal performance and boutique organization
  • Follow all safety and security protocols for personnel and assets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of successful retail experience in a luxury craft house or similar heritage brand
  • Demonstrated results-oriented mindset with strong focus on KPIs, metrics, and sales objectives
  • Proactive initiative-taking and ability to identify and propose best practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Collaborative team player committed to fostering a respectful and supportive work environment
  • Proficiency with mobile applications and client management systems
  • Fluent English to communicate with international clients and colleagues across multiple regions
  • Preference for a third language
