FENDI Client Advisor position in Soho, New York—luxury retail sales role with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements while meeting or exceeding store, category, and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain comprehensive client books, follow up on client concerns and inquiries, and maintain correspondence to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business
- Execute POS transactions with accuracy and maintain customer database information and inventory management
- Acquire and maintain current product knowledge, company history, competitive intelligence, and brand positioning
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns while adhering to all store policies and procedures
- Participate in stock rotation and merchandise presentation with guidance from visual merchandising and management
- Support opening and closing procedures including morning team meetings and store maintenance functions
- Maintain professional appearance in accordance with FENDI dress code and grooming standards
- Train and mentor new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines
- Maintain positive working relationships with management, peers, and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' retail experience with luxury goods preference
- Demonstrated expertise with POS systems and inventory management functions
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience with ready-to-wear merchandise preferred
- Multilingual capabilities highly valued
- Physical capability to lift boxes and merchandise weighing up to 10 pounds
- High School Diploma minimum

Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a luxury goods environment, with proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
