Fendi Client Advisor — on‑site retail role at Saks in New York; $26/hr plus commission, benefits included.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual, category and store sales targets while meeting all CRM and Client Advisor metrics.
- Build and maintain a personal client book; proactively contact clients and manage ongoing correspondence using in‑house clienteling tools and CRM.
- Deliver exceptional, tailored client service in‑store, including handling special requests (repairs, special orders, returns) and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain customer database and perform inventory management functions including stocking and restocking.
- Support visual merchandising standards in collaboration with VM and management, and assist with regular store maintenance.
- Adhere to store policies, loss prevention procedures, health & safety guidelines, and FENDI dress, grooming and uniform standards.
- Participate in store opening/closing duties and lead or contribute to morning/team meetings and monthly team briefings.
- Coach and train new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience; luxury retail preferred.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and strong drive for results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organisational ability.
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions; digital literacy required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including some nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and handle packages up to 10 lbs.
- Ready‑to‑wear (RTW) experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with luxury or premium brand experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building long‑term client relationships.
Education
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
