Fendi Client Advisor position in Nanjing offering luxury retail sales and customer service role within premium fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators whilst maintaining exemplary customer service standards
- Provide detailed product consultations and personalized recommendations aligned with brand positioning and heritage
- Develop and maintain high-value customer relationships through proactive engagement and comprehensive clienteling practices
- Continuously expand product and brand knowledge, staying current with industry trends and seasonal collections
- Collaborate with team members on daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and loss prevention
- Uphold company policies and professional standards, including appearance, punctuality, and workplace conduct
- Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management
Qualifications
