Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while managing client relationships and daily store operations
- Deliver detailed product presentations and personalized recommendations aligned with brand standards and client preferences
- Build and maintain high-quality client relationships through active engagement, leveraging available tools to deepen client understanding and enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction
- Continuously develop expertise in brand heritage, product assortment, and industry trends through ongoing learning
- Collaborate with team members on store operations including merchandise display, inventory audits, stock counts, and loss prevention
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding professional appearance, punctuality, and workplace conduct
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum associate degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum two years of prior experience in luxury goods retail or high-end service sectors
- Excellent sales and client service skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
