Fendi Client Advisor position in Nagoya, Japan. Full-time retail sales role requiring 3+ years of experience and passion for luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consulting and sales service to clientele across all Fendi product categories
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and tailored product recommendations
- Execute store visual displays and maintain merchandise presentation standards aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to optimize product availability and sales performance
- Conduct customer database management, including direct mail campaigns and new collection announcements
- Analyze and report on sales metrics and targets to support store performance objectives
- Uphold Fendi's retail competency standards centered on customer orientation, innovation, accountability, and collaborative excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in retail, sales, or luxury goods environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Commitment to Fendi's core retail competencies: customer orientation, innovation, strategic planning, accountability, process optimization, action orientation, effective communication, collaboration, persuasion, and continuous self-development
- Fluency in Japanese; English highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of experience in retail sales, luxury goods retail, or customer-facing sales environments. Prior experience with high-end fashion brands is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; post-secondary fashion, retail management, or business studies preferred but not required.
