Fendi seeks a Client Advisor in Monaco. Permanent, on‑site retail role delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences to build long‑term relationships and drive loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and collective sales targets and KPIs across all product categories.
- Develop and maintain a high‑value client book through proactive prospecting, clienteling and follow‑up.
- Use CRM and clienteling tools to record accurate client data and monitor sales opportunities.
- Manage special orders and after‑sales requests, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to boutique operations including visual merchandising, stock management and maintaining brand standards.
- Adhere to internal policies, security procedures and the Maison's dress code and grooming guidelines.
- Remain abreast of fashion trends and the Maison’s collections to provide informed and authoritative styling advice.
- Propose continuous improvements to sales performance and boutique organisation in collaboration with management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven retail experience, ideally within a luxury fashion Maison or equivalent savoir‑faire brand.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and commercial KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of initiative with the ability to propose and implement best practices.
- Professional presentation consistent with brand grooming and uniform standards.
- Comfortable using mobile sales applications and CRM platforms for client follow‑up.
- Fluent English; an additional language is an advantage.

Experience
Minimum three years of successful retail experience, preferably within a luxury fashion house or a similar high‑end retail environment, with demonstrable sales performance and client development expertise.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or higher education in fashion, luxury retail, commerce or a related discipline is advantageous.
