FENDI seeks a Client Advisor in Marne-la-Vallée, France to deliver luxury retail expertise and drive sales in a temporary position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs across all product categories
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple-item selling strategies to maximize transaction value
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal FENDI customer base whilst implementing CRM tools appropriately
- Manage customer service quality to meet expectations through professional and personalized engagement
- Operate the retail management system competently for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input
- Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines
- Promote FENDI history, craftsmanship, and material quality to enhance client understanding and engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion or luxury retail sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- High standards of personal presentation and professional image
- Strong selling and communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
- Proficiency with retail management systems and computer applications
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven multitasking capability
- Strong knowledge of or genuine interest in the fashion and luxury industry
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in fashion or luxury retail sales, with proven track record in client engagement and sales performance in a luxury environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
