Fendi Manila is hiring a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional in‑store luxury client experiences and drive sales at the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised luxury client experiences that communicate Fendi’s heritage, craftsmanship and product value.
- Drive sales performance through upselling, cross-selling and multiple-selling across all product categories to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships using CRM tools and proactive clienteling to grow loyalty and repeat business.
- Operate the POS and inventory systems accurately for payments, stock transfers, inquiries and client database maintenance.
- Maintain boutique standards: receive, display and store merchandise per company guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Uphold visual merchandising directives and perform daily housekeeping to preserve a safe, immaculate retail environment.
- Contribute constructive suggestions to improve internal processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in fashion or high-end luxury retail.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional grooming consistent with a luxury boutique environment.
- Proven selling ability with measurable results against sales targets and KPIs.
- Bilingual; ability to speak a third language is an advantage.
- Availability to work retail schedules, including weekends and peak trading hours.
- Familiarity with retail management systems, POS operations and CRM workflows.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and perform under pressure.
- Collaborative team player with commitment to service excellence.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of related experience in the fashion or high‑end luxury industry, preferably in boutique retail or client-facing roles.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, business, marketing or hospitality preferred.
