FENDI Client Advisor position in Madrid, Spain. Luxury retail role requiring 5–7 years fashion sales experience, bilingual (English/Spanish).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead individual sales performance and achieve assigned targets and KPIs
  • Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple-category selling across the FENDI product portfolio
  • Strengthen customer relations and cultivate a loyal client base through appropriate CRM tool implementation
  • Manage customer service quality by delivering professional, personalized, and individualized client attention
  • Operate the retail management system accurately for stock transfers, payments, inquiries, and customer database input
  • Support inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in fashion or luxury retail sales
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
