FENDI seeks a Client Advisor at London's Harrods. Luxury retail role combining sales excellence, CRM mastery, and exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple-selling initiatives across all product categories to maximize basket value and client satisfaction
- Monitor individual sales performance and achieve KPIs as set by department and store management
- Provide structured customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched collections
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships through strategic CRM engagement, implementing campaigns and one-on-one appointments according to brand guidelines
- Master the operation of company CRM and sales management systems to ensure accurate inventory tracking, payment processing, and customer database maintenance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with Maison guidelines while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment
- Execute daily housekeeping and stock management duties, including inventory accuracy, merchandise display, and participation in stocktakes and cycle-counts
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional and personalized approach, managing interactions to exceed client expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion retail, with at least 1 year in luxury sector sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms and retail management systems
- Fluent English; additional language skills highly valued
- Strong selling and communication capabilities
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills

Experience
Minimum 3 years in retail fashion, with at least 1 year in luxury retail sales. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex client relationships in a luxury environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
