Fendi is hiring a Client Advisor in London to deliver exceptional luxury client service, drive sales and manage store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised luxury service to clients and represent the Fendi brand standards at all times.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through upselling, cross-selling and multiple selling across product categories.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships using CRM tools; set up one-on-one appointments and execute CRM campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
  • Provide customer feedback on products, including newly launched items, to inform merchandising and commercial decisions.
  • Operate the Company Sales Management system for transactions, stock transfers, customer database input and related store processes.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy: receive, display and store merchandise according to company procedures and support stock takes and cycle counts.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store housekeeping and safety requirements are met.
  • Perform ad hoc store duties as directed by team leaders and management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 1 year in luxury sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and adherence to brand image standards.
  • Proven selling and communication skills, with strong customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask, work to targets and maintain professionalism under pressure.
