Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level client experience through personalised service, one-on-one appointments and professional clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through upselling, cross-selling and multiple-item selling across product categories.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships; implement CRM campaigns and accurately use Company CRM tools to manage appointments and client records.
  • Operate the store’s sales management system for transactions, stock inquiries, transfers and customer database entries.
  • Receive, present and store merchandise in accordance with brand guidelines to maintain inventory accuracy; support stock counts and cycle counts.
  • Uphold in-store visual merchandising standards and perform daily housekeeping to ensure a safe, immaculate presentation.
  • Provide product feedback to Department/Store Management, especially regarding new launches, and perform other duties as reasonably required by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail (client advisor or sales role); demonstrable success meeting sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished professional image.
  • Organised, goal-oriented, able to multitask under pressure while maintaining high service standards.

Experience
