Fendi Client Advisor in Las Vegas — On-site luxury retail role focused on clienteling and sales excellence; $23/hr plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual, category and store sales targets; meet Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Build, maintain and grow client books; manage follow-up, client correspondence and bespoke clienteling activities using in-house tools.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service — advise clients on product selection, care, repairs, special orders and returns.
- Operate POS and inventory-management functions accurately; update customer database and record client interactions.
- Support visual merchandising and stock replenishment; participate in regular store maintenance and merchandising standards.
- Adhere to store policies including loss prevention, health & safety, grooming and Fendi dress code.
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and lead or participate in morning/team meetings as required.
- Act as a brand ambassador; mentor and participate in the onboarding and training of new Client Advisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven sales focus with a strong drive for results and ability to meet targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional presentation and client-facing manner.
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory-management functions; strong digital literacy.
- Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience preferred; foreign language skills considered an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 23 per hour.
