Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual, category and store sales targets and meet all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a book of clients through proactive outreach, personalized clienteling and accurate use of in-house clienteling tools and systems.
  • Deliver exemplary luxury service by tailoring the in-store experience, responding to special requests (repairs, special orders, returns) and resolving client inquiries.
  • Operate POS and inventory management functions accurately; update customer database and maintain CRM records.
  • Support daily store operations including stocking/restocking, routine maintenance, opening/closing procedures and participation in morning team meetings.
  • Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards under direction from VM, corporate and store management.
  • Adhere to store policies, loss prevention standards and health & safety guidelines.
  • Participate in training of new Client Advisors and in monthly team meetings; act as a positive brand ambassador.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' retail experience; luxury retail preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and working to KPI/CRM targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong relationship-building capability.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions.
  • Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience preferred; foreign language skills considered a plus.
  • Organizational aptitude and strong digital literacy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift boxes/weights up to 10 lbs and availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 24 per hour.
