Fendi Client Advisor position in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Permanent full-time role in luxury retail fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance through effective storytelling and product knowledge, engaging in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories
- Identify customer needs accurately and make meaningful, insightful recommendations that exceed service expectations
- Utilize CRM tools to develop and nurture client relationships, strengthening loyalty and brand affinity
- Maintain inventory accuracy through the management system, including stock transfers, payments, inquiries, and customer database input
- Achieve and exceed assigned KPIs including sales targets, core category sales, and Net Promoter Score
- Maintain visual merchandising consistency according to Fendi brand guidelines and company standards
- Execute daily store maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to identify operational gaps and suggest actionable improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in fashion or high-end luxury retail
- Proficiency with retail management systems and point-of-sale technology
- Excellent grooming standards and professional presentation
- Strong communication skills with precise articulation
- Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and maintain a consistent client development mindset
- Ability to work non-traditional hours and flexible scheduling
- For Senior Client Advisor applicants: proven coaching experience with junior employees and demonstrated leadership capability
