Fendi Client Advisor position in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Luxury retail sales role with client management and store operations responsibilities in a prestigious Italian fashion house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories to maximize transaction value
  • Monitor individual sales performance and achieve assigned targets and KPIs
  • Provide customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched collections
  • Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi clientele through implementation of CRM tools
  • Manage customer service quality to meet expectations through professional and personalized client interactions
  • Correctly operate POS and inventory management systems for stock transfers, payments, inquiries, and customer database input
  • Perform assigned store duties as directed by team leaders and management
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receipt, display, and storage of merchandise per company guidelines
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping protocols
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company guidelines
  • Provide meaningful suggestions for improvement of internal processes and workflow

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of related experience in fashion or high-end luxury retail
  • Strong selling and consultative skills
  • Proficiency with retail management systems and POS software
  • Bilingual capability with fluency in a third language preferred
  • Excellent grooming standards aligned with luxury brand expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and meet commitments under pressure
