Fendi is hiring a Client Advisor in Kuala Lumpur — on-site luxury retail role focused on sales, CRM and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling and multiple-item selling across all product categories to meet individual KPIs and targets.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships, implementing CRM tools to build a loyal Fendi clientele and capture meaningful customer feedback.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service consistent with Fendi standards and brand image.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) and inventory management systems for payments, stock transfers, inquiries and customer database entry.
- Execute daily store duties assigned by team leaders and management while maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
- Receive, display and store merchandise according to company guidelines to maintain inventory accuracy (including when backroom support is limited).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines and contribute suggestions to improve internal processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion or high-end luxury retail.
- Excellent personal grooming and professional presentation consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Proven selling capability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bilingual ability; proficiency in an additional language beyond the primary working language is an advantage.
- Familiarity with retail management systems, POS and CRM platforms.
- Capacity to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and deliver results while collaborating effectively within a team.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of related experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry, demonstrating consistent sales performance and client management in a retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational diploma or certificate in retail, fashion, or customer service preferred.
