Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales performance targets through upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Deliver compelling sales ceremonies using effective storytelling and brand knowledge.
- Ensure consistency in achieving KPIs, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Identify customer needs and make insightful recommendations to exceed customer service expectations.
- Utilize CRM tools to nurture and strengthen client relationships.
- Operate inventory management systems for stock transfers, payments, and customer database inputs.
- Perform store duties as assigned and work collaboratively to achieve store operation objectives.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and display merchandise according to company guidelines.
- Ensure a safe and clean store environment with proper visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.
- Strong communication skills and good grooming standards.
- Passion for fashion and luxury, with flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
- Operational knowledge in retail management systems is advantageous.
- Strong client development mindset and commitment to providing stellar service.

Experience
