Fendi Client Advisor position in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Luxury retail role requiring 3 years' experience, bilingual skills, and passion for high-end fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories to maximize transaction value
- Monitor individual sales performance against targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide feedback on product performance, particularly for newly launched items
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base using appropriate CRM tools
- Manage customer service quality to exceed expectations with professional and personalized engagement
- Operate the point-of-sale and inventory management systems, including stock transfers, payment processing, stock inquiries, and customer database input
- Execute store duties as directed by team leaders and management
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receipt, display, and storage of merchandise according to company guidelines
- Maintain a safe, clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping practices
- Uphold proper visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines
- Provide meaningful suggestions for improvement of internal processes and workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in Fashion or high-end luxury retail
- Strong selling skills and demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Bilingual proficiency; multilingual ability is advantageous
- Knowledge of retail management systems and point-of-sale operations
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Team player with strong collaborative skills
- Passionate commitment to high-end luxury goods and flexible availability for retail hours
