Fendi is hiring a Client Advisor in Houston, TX (Houston Galleria) to deliver luxury clienteling and exceed sales targets. $23.50/hr plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain detailed client books and customer records; execute proactive clienteling through CRM and in‑house clienteling tools.
- Achieve assigned CRM, sales and performance metrics and participate in monthly team meetings and goal reviews.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and manage inventory-related functions.
- Handle special client requests including repairs, special orders and returns, ensuring timely follow-through and client communication.
- Support merchandising and visual standards with direction from Visual Merchandising and management; assist in stocking and store maintenance tasks.
- Open and close the store as required, conduct morning team briefings, and act as a positive brand ambassador.
- Participate in onboarding and training of new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures and company policies.
- Adhere to store policies, loss prevention procedures, and health & safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven sales orientation with a demonstrable drive for results and goal achievement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high standards of client service.
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory-management functions.
- Ready availability for evenings, weekends and holidays; flexible scheduling required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum).
- Organisational aptitude and strong digital literacy; ability to use CRM and clienteling platforms.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and perform light in‑store physical tasks.
- RTW (ready-to-wear) experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.
- Professional appearance and adherence to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
