Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain detailed client books and customer records; execute proactive clienteling through CRM and in‑house clienteling tools.
• Achieve assigned CRM, sales and performance metrics and participate in monthly team meetings and goal reviews.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and manage inventory-related functions.
• Handle special client requests including repairs, special orders and returns, ensuring timely follow-through and client communication.
• Support merchandising and visual standards with direction from Visual Merchandising and management; assist in stocking and store maintenance tasks.
• Open and close the store as required, conduct morning team briefings, and act as a positive brand ambassador.
• Participate in onboarding and training of new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures and company policies.
• Adhere to store policies, loss prevention procedures, and health & safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
• Proven sales orientation with a demonstrable drive for results and goal achievement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high standards of client service.
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory-management functions.
• Ready availability for evenings, weekends and holidays; flexible scheduling required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Organisational aptitude and strong digital literacy; ability to use CRM and clienteling platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and perform light in‑store physical tasks.
• RTW (ready-to-wear) experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.
• Professional appearance and adherence to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.

The base compensation for this position is USD 23.50 per hour.
