FENDI Client Advisor in Ho Chi Minh City: luxury retail sales professional with 3+ years fashion experience and bilingual capabilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories to maximize sales performance and achieve individual KPIs
- Strengthen customer relationships and nurture a loyal FENDI client base through effective implementation of CRM tools and personalized service
- Monitor individual sales performance and provide regular feedback to management on product reception, particularly new launches
- Operate the Retail Pro Management system proficiently for stock transfers, payment processing, stock inquiries, and customer database management
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving, displaying, and storage of merchandise in accordance with company guidelines
- Deliver exceptional customer service by offering professional, individualized attention and addressing inquiries with expertise and sophistication
- Maintain a safe, clean, and visually compelling store environment in line with FENDI brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Perform assigned store duties and support team leaders and management in achieving operational objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verified experience in fashion retail or high-end luxury retail operations
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale and management systems (Retail Pro or equivalent)
- Bilingual capability with preference for a third language
- Impeccable personal grooming standards and professional presentation
- Demonstrated excellence in customer relationship management and client advisory
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in fashion retail or high-end luxury retail, with proven success in sales performance, client management, and retail operations. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships in a luxury retail environment.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in luxury retail or fashion is advantageous.
