Fendi seeks a Client Advisor in Ho Chi Minh City to deliver luxury client experiences, operate Retail Pro and exceed sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, luxury client experience that communicates Fendi’s heritage, craftsmanship and product excellence.
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling and multiple-selling across all product categories to meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and nurture a loyal customer base through proactive clienteling and the appropriate use of CRM tools.
- Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries and customer database maintenance.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, receive and display merchandise in line with brand guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform assigned store duties, maintain a safe and immaculate store environment and complete daily housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in fashion or high-end luxury retail.
- Impeccable personal grooming and professional presentation appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets through upselling, cross-selling and client development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills; goal-oriented and customer-focused.
- Willingness to commit to retail hours and flexibility to support store needs, including weekends and peak periods.
- Bilingual capability required; ability to speak a third language is a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with retail management systems (Retail Pro) and basic CRM workflows.

Experience
Minimum three years of direct experience in luxury fashion retail with demonstrable sales performance and client development in a boutique or flagship store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline preferred.
