Fendi Client Advisor position in Hangzhou, China. Luxury retail sales and customer experience role requiring 2+ years experience in high-end retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and operational goals while maintaining superior client management standards
- Deliver detailed product presentations and professional recommendations aligned with brand guidelines and clienteling strategies
- Cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive engagement, utilizing CRM tools to deepen brand loyalty and client satisfaction
- Continuously develop knowledge of brand heritage, product collections, and industry trends through structured learning initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily store operations, including merchandise display, inventory audits, stock counts, and loss prevention protocols
- Uphold all corporate policies, including dress code standards, attendance requirements, and professional conduct expectations
- Execute additional assignments as directed by store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in luxury goods retail or comparable premium service sectors
- Exceptional sales acumen and client service skills with proven ability to build lasting client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities with natural fashion sensibility and trend awareness
- Proficiency with computer systems and office automation software; English language skills preferred
