Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client service and sales consultation across Fendi's product range
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and process client payments accurately
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store displays to brand specifications
- Manage product inventory and stock levels, conducting regular audits
- Develop and maintain client relationships through targeted communication, including direct mail campaigns and new product announcements
- Monitor and contribute to daily sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales or luxury goods experience
- Demonstrated excellence in client-facing roles within a retail or hospitality environment
- Strong understanding of luxury brand values and clienteling practices
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Fluent in Japanese; English proficiency highly desirable
