FENDI Client Advisor in Düsseldorf, Germany – luxury retail sales role with focus on brand ambassadorship and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal FENDI customer base through implementation of appropriate CRM tools
- Manage customer service quality to meet expectations by offering professional and personalized service
- Correctly operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input
- Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion and luxury retail sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Excellent selling and communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building capabilities
- High-level personal image standards and presentation
- Professionalism, self-confidence, and goal-oriented mindset
