Fendi is hiring a Client Advisor in Dusseldorf, Germany — temporary on-site role delivering luxury client service and achieving sales KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Fendi ambassador by delivering an exceptional, personalised luxury experience and communicating the maison’s heritage, craftsmanship and product quality.
- Drive individual sales performance to meet or exceed KPIs through proactive prospecting, upselling, cross-selling and multiple-selling across product categories.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships; nurture loyalty through targeted clienteling and effective use of CRM tools.
- Manage customer service quality, providing a professional and bespoke human touch to meet client expectations.
- Operate the retail management system accurately for stock transfers, payments, stock enquiries and customer database entry.
- Support inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying and storing merchandise according to company guidelines and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury fashion retail or high-end sales.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Excellent selling, communication and relationship-building skills with a proven clienteling record.
- Professional appearance and ability to uphold brand image standards at all times.
- Strong organisational skills, goal-oriented mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency with retail systems and basic computer literacy.

Experience
At least 5 years of demonstrated success in fashion or luxury retail sales, with a track record of meeting individual sales targets and nurturing high-value client relationships.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
