The Client Advisor represents Fendi at its Dubai Mall boutique, delivering a luxurious client journey through brand discovery, client acquisition and loyalty-building while achieving individual and store sales goals. The role is permanent and full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Deliver outstanding client service in compliance with company guidelines.
- Strengthen client relationships and nurture a loyal Fendi clientele, using appropriate CRM tools.
- Manage service quality to meet client expectations through professionalism and a personal touch.
- Operate the retail IT system accurately for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries and customer database entries.
- Support store operations.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Passion for retail and fashion trends.
- Excellent communication skills; self-reliant, friendly and patient.
- Organization, professionalism and self-confidence.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience
Minimum 3 years; 2+ years’ experience in fashion or luxury sales.
Education
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
