FENDI Client Advisor position in Dallas, TX. Luxury retail sales role requiring 3+ years experience, CRM proficiency, and customer service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain client books; provide follow-through on client concerns and inquiries
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns
- Maintain proficiency with POS system and update customer database accurately
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and brand history
- Participate in stocking, restocking, and regular store maintenance functions
- Assist with visual merchandising standards under direction from Visual Merchandise team and management
- May assume responsibility for opening or closing the store, including morning team meetings
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to FENDI dress code and grooming standards
- Participate in training new Client Advisors on product knowledge, procedures, and company policies
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines
- Represent the brand appropriately and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with luxury retail preferred
- Strong goal-oriented drive with proven sales results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
- Ready-to-Wear (RTW) experience preferred
- Foreign language skills a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Strong organizational and digital literacy skills
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 10 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with luxury retail sector preferred. Ready-to-Wear experience is advantageous.
Education
Minimum High School Diploma required.
