FENDI Client Advisor position in Dallas, Texas — luxury retail sales role with competitive benefits and commission structure.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain client books; follow-through with client concerns and inquiries to drive business and improve relationships
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns
- Maintain proficient and accurate use of POS system and other software while updating customer database
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge regarding company history and brand heritage
- Participate in stocking and restocking of inventory
- Keep up to date with company news and maintain awareness of competitive offerings
- Maintain professional appearance and adherence to FENDI dress code, grooming, and uniform standards
- May have responsibility for opening and closing the store, including morning team meetings
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards with direction from visual merchandising, corporate, and management
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with store management, peers, and other company personnel
- Participate in training of new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience
- Strong drive for results and goal orientation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
- Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience preferred
- Foreign language skills a plus
- High School Diploma minimum
- Strong organizational and digital literacy skills
- Ability to lift boxes and weight up to 10 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
