Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual, category and store sales targets while meeting critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Develop and maintain a client book; proactively follow up on enquiries, special requests, repairs, returns and bespoke orders to cultivate long-term relationships.
- Execute exemplary clienteling through personalised service, product knowledge and attentive after‑sales care.
- Operate POS system accurately, manage inventory functions and update the customer database in line with store procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards, participate in stock management and perform regular store maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to loss prevention, health & safety and company policies; participate in store opening/closing and morning team briefings when required.
- Train and mentor new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures and service standards while maintaining professional appearance and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and a strong drive for results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions; CRM use and client database maintenance.
- Organisational aptitude and strong digital literacy.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.

Minimum three years of retail experience with demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment; prior luxury retail or ready-to-wear experience advantageous. Proven clienteling, CRM use and POS proficiency required.
