Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals
• Build and maintain client books through strategic follow-up, addressing client concerns and inquiries to cultivate long-term relationships and drive revenue
• Process special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns with precision and discretion
• Demonstrate proficiency with POS systems and business software, maintaining accurate customer database records
• Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, company heritage, and competitive market awareness
• Execute opening and closing procedures including morning team briefings when assigned
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in collaboration with visual merchandising direction and corporate guidelines
• Participate in the training and mentorship of new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies
• Uphold loss prevention standards and health and safety compliance protocols
• Maintain professional appearance consistent with Fendi dress code and grooming standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
• Demonstrated ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 10 lbs
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational and digital literacy skills

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in luxury retail preferred. Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience is advantageous.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 24 per hour.
